Situation
A regional lender is outgrowing spreadsheets. Officers need one place to release a loan, see a repayment, and catch the case that does not fit the rule.
We would design the officer’s desk beside the ledger, not after it. Every figure on screen would point at the entry behind it. Access and audit would be part of the same piece of work, with a named owner.
